Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard and express shipping. Standard shipping takes 5 to 8 business days, and express shipping arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Orders over $120 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 8 to 14 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please start a return through our Returns Portal.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. To exchange for a different size, please return the original item. Once we receive it, our team will contact you to confirm your preferred size and arrange the exchange.
Are custom products eligible for a refund?
No. Custom gear is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Products & Care
How do your grip socks improve performance?
Our grip socks are engineered with specialised non-slip silicone grips for superior traction. They help minimise internal foot movement and support acceleration, control and stability.
What does the headgear offer?
Our headgear is built for contact and uses lightweight closed-cell foam. It provides coverage around the ears and helps protect against cuts and abrasions, and it is designed for comfort and confidence. It is not designed to prevent concussion.
How should I wash and care for the gear?
To keep it performing and lasting longer, machine wash cold inside out on a gentle cycle. Air dry only. Avoid tumble drying or ironing, as heat can affect the silicone grip and the foam over time.
Custom Orders
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom gear?
Custom grip socks have a 75-pair minimum per size (for example, 75 small plus 75 large) with a 200 pair minimum total. Custom headgear is 100 units total, with a minimum of 50 per size. We'll confirm the exact split with you before you commit.
How long does the custom order process take?
Custom production and delivery usually take 8 to 12 weeks once the final mockup and payment are approved.
Do you offer discounts for clubs and schools?
Yes. We offer competitive bulk pricing and sponsorship packages for schools, clubs and academies. Please contact us directly for a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and AMEX, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No. Only one discount code can be applied per transaction.
