Do your grip socks actually improve performance?
Yes ! our grip socks are designed to enhance traction and reduce internal foot movement inside your boots or shoes. This helps improve balance, acceleration, and overall performance on the field, court, or gym floor.
What sports are they suitable for?
They’re designed for high performance in rugby league, rugby, soccer, AFL, netball, basketball, gym training, and pilates.
How do I wash and care for them?
Cold machine wash inside out. Avoid tumble drying or ironing. Air dry only to maintain grip integrity and elasticity.
What size should I choose?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much protection does it offer?
Our headgear is made with shock-absorbing closed-cell foam to help reduce the risk of superficial head injuries and cuts. It’s not a concussion prevention tool, but it adds an extra layer of safety and confidence.
What size headgear should I buy?
Use our head circumference chart on the product page. If you’re unsure, send us a message and we’ll help you out.
How do I wash and care for them?

Yes! We specialise in custom gear for schools, clubs, and academies. You can customise colours, logos, and even designs.
What’s the minimum order quantity for custom gear?
For custom grip socks and headgear, the minimum is 50 pairs. These may vary depending on design.
Can I add my logo or design to the gear?
Absolutely. Send us your logo and colours, and our design team will create a mockup before production.
How long does it take for custom orders?
Production typically takes 3–5 weeks once the design is approved. We’ll provide you with a timeline before you commit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What’s your return policy?
We offer 14-day returns on non-custom products in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — just return the original item in unused condition, and we’ll organise the correct size. A small reshipping fee may apply.
I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Email us at jacob@gearfit.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out right away.
Are custom products refundable?
Unfortunately not — custom gear is made just for you and can't be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect.
