Quick answers

Where is my order?
Once your order ships you will get a tracking link by email. If it has been more than a couple of days and you have not seen it, send us your order number through the form and we will chase it for you.
How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock orders ship within one business day from our Sydney HQ. Standard Australian delivery usually lands within a few business days, depending on your location. Orders over $120 ship free.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. If your gear is unworn and in its original condition, get in touch and we will sort a return or exchange. Custom team gear made in your colours cannot be returned unless there is a fault.
What size should I order?
Each product page has a size guide. If you are between sizes or ordering for a junior, message us with their measurements and we will point you to the right fit.
Do you do custom orders for clubs and schools?
We do. Customise your grip socks and rugby headgear built in your club colours with your logo. One team, one look, made and shipped from our Sydney HQ. Free mockup before anything goes into production.
