All orders are dispatched from our Sydney team after payment confirmation. We ship via Australia Post, with deliveries made Monday–Friday during business hours.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: typically 2–8 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping: typically 1–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times can vary by location, particularly for regional and remote areas. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

If your tracking has not updated, your parcel is delayed, or you need help with a delivery, contact us with your order number and we will help you follow it up.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed fault.
