Shipping Policy:

All orders will be dispatched upon payment confirmation. We ship via Australia Post, with deliveries made Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM (excluding public holidays), subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions.

• Standard Shipping: $9.90 for orders under $100.
• Express Shipping: $15.49 
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100.

Ensure your shipping details are correct, as we cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

All parcels are shipped under the carrier's terms and may require a signature upon delivery.

If no one is available at the delivery address, Australia Post or the courier may leave a collection card or instructions for redelivery.

Returns Policy:

• Non-defective Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with no labels, stickers, or writing on the product box.
• Defective Returns: Defective goods are subject to manufacturer testing to determine eligibility for credit or exchange.

Damage, Defects & Loss in Transit:

Any claims regarding damage, short delivery, loss in transit, or defects must be made within 10 working days from either:

• The date of invoice, or
• The receipt of goods (whichever is later).

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the loss of any rights to a refund or replacement.

At our discretion, we may repair, replace, refund, or credit the affected goods. To the extent permitted by law, all statutory or other warranties are excluded.
